  Career Counselling

I specialize in career counselling using a variety of psychometric tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and Career Values.  Career counselling can be helpful for people who are unsure of their career direction and are looking for guidance on what career choices could be the best fit for them.   It can also assist people looking for ways to add additional creative options to their life even though they are not necessarily looking for a career change.

                                                              Strength Based Counselling 

 I have come to identify the importance of identifying strengths as a critical strategy and therapeutic intervention as it can enhance relationships and increase your motivation rather than on being only problem-focused.  When we are in emotional pain we can't always focus on resolving problems that may not be able to be resolved immediately.  But I can offer a strength based solution wherein you focus on your strengths and how to move forward as you find the strength to deal with emotional pain.


I use the Clifton Strength Assessment to discuss how to utilize your top 34 strengths to maximize potential and thereby your chance for success in your future.  In using the strength-based model I look to discover what outstanding qualities you have, how and with whom you build successful alliances, what special skills or characteristics distinguish you from others, how you have been able to adapt successfully to change thus far, what resources support you, and how you interact or connect with the surrounding environment. This is also critical in developing HEALTHY SELF-ESTEEM.
