I am a registered psychologist.  I have obtained my Bachelors degree majoring in psychology, Master's of Counselling degree and completed my internship at the University of Calgary.  I am currently registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and am a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta. I am guided by the Canadian Code of Ethics for Psychologists.   Prior to private practice I worked for an Employee Assistance Program for 4 years and have been registered as a psychologist for 6 years.

I have also obtained my zumba certificate, am a ZIN member and hope to be starting to teach classes in the fall.  I am an advocate of self-care that can include things such as physical exercise, proper nutrition, getting adequate rest, spending time nurturing connection and relationships and engaging in activities that bring you joy!
