I specialize in COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT), EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION REPROCESSING (EMDR) and SCHEMA THERAPY.  I also provide CAREER COUNSELLING using pyschometric assessment for clients who are looking for guidance and direction regarding career decisions.  

I also provide research based couples counselling based on principles outlined by Dr. Gottman using the Gottman Enhanced Relationship Checkup assessment and Gottman Relationship Builder .  I help people who are having difficulty coping within their relationships to find connection again. 

 

I adopt a strength based approached to counselling ensuring I identify strengths while also addressing areas of development in order to assist people in moving forward in their lives.  There comes a time when we may need some assistance to help cope with many of life’s challenges.
